Sean has over 28 years’ experience as a full time Close Protection Officer. During his career, he has served as a senior bodyguard for some of the highest profile celebrities and business executives in the world, in all kinds of demanding environments. J.LO, The Kardshians, Kate Moss & Beyonce to name a few have all utilised Seans expertise and skillsets. 

Over the last 17 years Sean has used his extensive training, knowledge and experience to develop and deliver a series of self-defence, Personal Safety and Edged Weapons awareness courses.  These courses are CPD assesessed and nationally recognised and have been uniquely curated to share effective yet easy to learn techniques that have been inspired by Sean’s own experiences and real-life encounters. 

Sean’s friendly yet no-nonsense approach has inspired thousands of people to train in the vital art of self-defence. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and is committed to providing all the tools and resources his students need to take responsibility for their own safety.

Boasting a wealth of qualifications and specialist self-defence knowledge, Angie now delivers impactful women’s self-defence training to help her clients feel safe, confident, and empowered as they navigate life’s many challenges. 

Angie runs women’s only classes that provide her ladies with the knowledge they need to prevent an attack and, if needs be, skilfully defend themselves in hostile situations. To date, she’s delivered transformative self-defence training for The Women’s Institute, She’s Ready, Active Life, MoveOut and Southend Civic Centre, not to mention many local government associations and UK-wide corporations. 

Aside from her work at Avictus, Angie continues to work with local councils to implement the Public Health Responsibility Deal. She also donates her spare time to charitable organisations involved with Rape Crisis, domestic abuse and other serious crimes. She uses her skills and experience to help vulnerable individuals gain more confidence, reignite their own self-healing process, and improve their mental wellbeing to support a healthier, happier future.
