Alongside our fitness and self-defence initiatives, we also offer a dynamic range of wellbeing services from our purpose-built space in Southend-on-Sea.
Using tools and techniques spanning different practices and modalities, our team can support your physical and mental wellbeing in a variety of ways.
The work we do is often instrumental in addressing the after-effects of injury, assault, addiction or abuse. In fact, we have many years’ practical experience in helping individuals who are struggling to overcome personal challenges that stem directly from past traumas.
Equally, though, many of our clients approach us with no clear understanding of what’s wrong; they just know they’re not at their best, and they want to explore ways of dealing with past problems, clearing away unhelpful beliefs, and getting rid of any energetic blockages that could be holding them back from achieving their fullest potential.

Develop your attention levels and improve your perception of people, environments and events. These courses will teach you how to make better decisions in high pressure situations.

Arrange a personalised reiki session and allow our practitioner to work on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing by drawing upon healing life force energy.

We work with a series of instructors, all who have their own ways and means of delivering relaxing, highly empowering group sessions to clear, cleanse and strengthen the mind.
